Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Ready to ship wigs have a processing time of 1-3 business days before your order is shipped. After the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided prior to purchase.  Keep in mind that orders are not processed on weekends or Holidays!!

Colored hair does take more time to process.

 

Rawhaircity does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

Rawhaircity does not hold responsibility for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any courier delays..

 

Offline payments

 

You can skip the processing payments by making an offline payment through Zelle. Offline payments are only available for ready to ship wigs/on hands products. Orders can be shipped the next day by using Offline payments.

 

If you do place an order on Friday, your order will start processing that following Monday..

 Refund & Exchange Policy

 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE . It is against the law to refund hair extensions due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Even if you have not installed the hair and it is completely untouched we do NOT accept refunds, please understand this before ordering.

PICKUP POLICY

 Customers who are looking to pickup should shop in our "READY FOR PICKUP" section online. After purchasing customers are contacted to arrange a pickup time and date. Please make sure all of the information provided at checkout is correct. If any disputes are made for our "READY FOR PICKUP" units legal action will be taken immediately.
